1. Introduction
Welcome to Doquly. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Doquly website, web application, and related services (collectively, the “Service”).
By accessing or using Doquly, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Service.
2. Who We Are
Doquly is a web-based platform that helps users discover trend and search-intent opportunities, upload materials, generate AI-assisted outputs, organize tasks, manage content workflows, and receive optional feature-based notifications.
In these Terms, “Doquly,” “we,” “our,” and “us” refer to the operator of the Service. “You” and “your” refer to the user of the Service.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction, to use the Service.
By using Doquly, you represent that:
- you are legally capable of entering into a binding agreement
- the information you provide is accurate
- you will use the Service only in compliance with applicable laws
4. Account Registration

Doquly may offer a free trial period. After the trial ends, continued access to paid features may require an active subscription.
By subscribing, you agree that:
- subscription fees will be charged through our third-party payment provider
- pricing, billing intervals, and renewal terms will be disclosed at the time of purchase
- your subscription may renew automatically unless cancelled before renewal
- failure to pay may result in suspension or restriction of paid features
We may update pricing or plan features in the future. Any such changes will apply prospectively.
6. Payments
Payments for Doquly are processed by Stripe.
Doquly does not collect, process, or store your full card details. Payment card data is handled directly by Stripe in accordance with Stripe’s terms and privacy practices.
We may receive limited payment-related information necessary to manage your subscription, such as:
- payment status
- subscription status
- billing event status
- invoice references
- limited payment method metadata made available by Stripe
Unless required by law, fees are non-refundable once paid.
7. Your Content
You may upload, paste, or submit materials to the Service, including source text, notes, prompts, content ideas, task information, and related materials (“User Content”).
You retain ownership of your User Content.
By submitting User Content, you grant Doquly a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, process, and use that content solely for the purpose of:
- operating the Service
- generating the outputs you request
- maintaining and improving Service functionality, safety, and reliability, subject to our Privacy Policy
You represent and warrant that:
- you own or have the necessary rights to the User Content
- your User Content does not infringe the rights of others
- your User Content does not violate any law or these Terms
8. AI-Generated Outputs
The Service may generate outputs such as:
- summaries
- recommendations
- task plans
- content ideas
- scripts
- titles
- captions
- hashtags
- keyword tags
- thumbnail prompts
- storyboard outlines
- workflow suggestions
These outputs are generated automatically using AI systems and related technologies.
Some features may process public search-result or platform signals and transform them into summaries, opportunity cards, recommendations, or other AI-assisted outputs.
You acknowledge that:
- outputs may contain inaccuracies or omissions
- outputs may not be unique
- outputs should be reviewed before use
- Doquly does not guarantee commercial results, legal compliance, factual correctness, or suitability for any specific purpose
You are solely responsible for reviewing and deciding whether to use AI-generated outputs.
9. Notifications
Doquly may send certain service-related communications, including:
- email verification messages
- welcome messages
- feature-based notifications that you have chosen to receive
Feature-based notifications are sent according to your selected notification preferences. You may manage those preferences within the Service where available.
Service-critical communications relating to account access, verification, billing, or operational matters may still be sent where necessary.
10. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service to:
- violate any law or regulation
- upload unlawful, infringing, abusive, harmful, or deceptive content
- interfere with or disrupt the Service
- attempt unauthorized access to systems or accounts
- upload malicious code or harmful files
- misuse AI outputs or platform features in a fraudulent, harmful, or unlawful way
We may monitor use for security, abuse prevention, and operational integrity.
11. Third-Party Services
Doquly may rely on third-party services, including for:
- payment processing
- email delivery
- hosting
- authentication
- analytics
- AI processing
- file storage
Certain features may rely on third-party platforms, APIs, public platform signals, or other external data sources. These sources may change, become unavailable, or impose their own usage limits, terms, or technical restrictions.
References to third-party platforms, services, names, trademarks, or publicly available data sources are provided for functional or descriptive purposes only. Such references do not imply endorsement, sponsorship, partnership, or affiliation unless expressly stated.
Your use of third-party services may be subject to their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party services outside our control.
12. Availability and Changes
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Doquly disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, and reliability.
16. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Doquly will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the Service.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Service will not exceed the amount paid by you to Doquly in the 12 months before the claim, or AUD $100 if you have not paid anything.
17. Privacy
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
18. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms take effect when posted, unless otherwise stated.
19. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
